A product quote, a service proposal, and a case study look scattered when they arrive as three attachments. Merge them into one client PDF so the pitch reads as a single piece. Organizing and sharing happen in the Web App, not on this membership page.

Hiring packets often need a resume plus work samples in one file. Add those PDFs in the Web App, put the resume first, and download one document you can send to a recruiter. If a sample page is a scan, it stays an image—convert that page to Word first only if the words themselves must be edited.

Merge is only part of editing a PDF packet. In CamScanner you can put pages in reading order, rotate a sideways scan, or remove a blank sheet before anyone else sees the file. Do that organizing in the Web App, then share one PDF. This guide does not include a page-sorting control.

Can I merge PDF files for free?
CamScanner may include a limited free quota inside the product. This website does not merge files. Premium raises the limits for ongoing merge and organize work.
Can I combine multiple PDFs into one file?
Yes, in the official Web App. Add the PDFs, arrange them, and merge. CamScanner returns one PDF to save or share. This page only explains those steps.
Can I change the order before merging?
Yes. Put the main document first and supporting files after it. Pages inside each file stay together unless you use the organize tools to reorder or remove pages.
Will merging change the layout of my PDFs?
Merging stacks existing PDF pages. It is not a conversion to another format, so text and images should stay as they were. Review the download before you file an important document.
Can I merge scanned PDFs?
Yes. If the scans are already PDFs, you can combine them with other PDFs. The scanned pages remain images. Merging does not make their text editable. Use the PDF converter guide when you need Word output.
Can I merge PDFs on Mac or mobile?
Yes. Use the official Web App in a browser on a computer or phone, or merge in the CamScanner mobile app. This site does not install software for you.
Is my data secure when merging PDFs?
CamScanner states that files are encrypted in transit and are not shared with third parties, and publishes certifications that include ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, and ISO/IEC 20000. This membership site does not receive the PDFs.
Can I split a merged PDF later?
Yes. CamScanner’s Split PDF tool can extract selected pages into a separate PDF when you need to share a section rather than the whole file. Splitting also runs in CamScanner, not on this page.
